Machine Shop Intelligence

A sales prospecting tool for CNC machine shop markets

What this tool does

This is a sales intelligence platform built to identify and prioritise CNC machine shop prospects across Florida. Each shop on the map has been analysed for sales fit — equipment brands, certifications, capabilities, and industries served are all extracted and scored automatically.

Shops are rated High, Medium, or Low priority. High priority shops have known equipment brands that represent either expansion opportunities (they already buy from your portfolio) or conquest opportunities (they're running competitor iron).

How to use it

1
Filter by Priority

Start by filtering to High priority shops. These are your best calls — equipment brands are known and the pitch hook tells you why.

2
Click a marker or row

Each shop has a detail panel showing contact info, current equipment brands, certifications, and a pitch hook — a one-line sales rationale written specifically for that shop.

3
Switch to Grid View

The grid view sorts shops by priority and shows all key intel in a scannable table. Click any row to see the full detail. Export to CSV at any time.

4
Use the filters

Filter by industry, capability, certification, material, or equipment type to narrow the list to exactly the shops that fit your current focus.

Behind the tool

The shops in this database weren't added manually. An automated intelligence pipeline discovers machine shop websites across any US region, analyses their public-facing content, and extracts key signals — equipment brands, certifications, industries served, and capabilities.

Each record is then scored for sales fit and enriched with a human-reviewed pitch hook. The pipeline can be pointed at any region and returns prospect-ready data within minutes.

Florida is just the starting point.
